Most outdoor non-negative pressure water supply equipment is made by adding a outdoor case to normal can-type non-negative pressure equipment. For that kind of structure, its water supply equipment are all installed outdoor, so they are at outdoor temperature. When the outdoor temperature falls below zero during use, the equipment may freeze. In the north part of China, temperature drops below zero in winter, in which case the normal outdoor non-negative pressure water supply equipment will be frozen inside and get damaged. Therefore, we put forward two kinds of new outdoor non-negative pressure equipment. Customers can choose according to their practical situation.

You only have to install it by connecting the tap water pipe and water discharge pipe to it, and then it will be ready for use.

Functions introduction

Add an outdoor case to normal non-negative pressure equipment to protect it from wind and rain. In case of low temperature, the temperature control system will heat the tap water inside non-negative pressure water supply equipment via heating system. The pipes and outer case of the non-negative pressure equipment are wrapped in thermal insulation material, so that it can be used outdoor and under low temperature.

When the pressure from pipeline networks is enough, the transmissible pressure gauge will send the pressure signal of the system to variable frequency controller and the pump starts to work. It will adjust rotation speed according to water consumption so as to supply water at constant pressure. When the pump is running at Power Frequency speed, another pump will be started and rotate with variable frequency. Two or three pumps will be started in turn and each one will be a standby for the other. When supplying water, if the tap-water supply system provides more water than the flow of pump, the whole system will relay the water. During the peak of water consumption, when the tap-water supply system provides less water than the flow of pump, the water in flow control tank will act as supplementary water to ensure normal water supply. The vacuum breaker breaks the vacuum in flow control tank to make sure there is no negative pressure generated in tap-water pipeline network. After the peak, the whole system returns to relay water. When water supply is cut off from tap-water pipeline network, the liquid level in flow control tank will drop, which will be detected by level measurement probe. The probe will protect the pump by making it stop working.
